Perak is the second largest state in Malaysia. Meanwhile, trend of tourists to has declined. The local government working with Ministry Tourism, Arts and Culture increase number for Visit Malaysia 2020 program. They focus on campaigning markets: Europe, Australia, Middle East, Central East Asia. environmental health problems worsen quality tourist destinations Perak. To respond this program, they are trying a visits by conducting Silver Tourism promotion campaign that uses English Chinese as part its marketing strategy. aim attractiveness from Europe China. We recommend paying attention social influences, awareness, pro-environment behavior, awareness behavior. By building empathy, it will prepare application green
